Alta will keep track of the Issuer’s progress and update you throughout the campaign period up until the issuance of shares, however, Alta does not monitor the progress after closing of a campaign. You are required to reach out to the Issuer directly.

2. What are my tax implications as an investor making an investment on an ECF platform?
