# Am I committed upon submission of the form?

Our form is a non-binding sell order which must be reviewed by our investment team and is also conditional on the verification of ownership and title to your shares. Upon approval, the investment opportunity will be made known to our network of buyers. Your commitment is binding only when there is a match, and after you sign the relevant documents to complete the transaction.
