Am I required to submit any documents before I make an investment?

Yes. Before completing an investment through Alta, you will need to submit the necessary documents to comply with Know-Your-Client (KYC) checks.

For individual investors:

• Identity document: Identity card (front and back) or passport showing personal details and citizenship

   

• Proof of address: Recent utility or telephone bill (dated within the last 3 months) showing your name and address

For corporate investors:

• Certificate of incorporation

• Company profile / SSM extract

• Constitution / Memorandum and Articles of Association

• Register of Directors

• Register of Members

• Identity documents (ID or passport) of Directors and Shareholders holding more than 25% of the company, showing name and address
