What fees are applicable for fundraising on Alta?
Alta’s fees are structured to reflect the different stages of the fundraising process and the level of support provided. The applicable fees may include the following:
Onboarding Fee
An onboarding fee of RM1,688 is charged to cover the initial setup and preparatory work
Success Fee
A 5-7% success fee is charged upon successful completion of a fundraising campaign
Post-Campaign Platform Fee
up to RM3,000 / annum
Add-on Services (Optional)
Issuers may also opt for additional services, which are charged separately, including:

Campaign extension options for 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day periods
- Marketing services, such as social media advertising, corporate video production, paid advertisements, press releases, and newsletters

Virtual and physical roadshows to support investor outreach
All fees are subject to applicable terms and conditions and will be communicated to issuers prior to engagement.
