# What is the criteria for approving deals?

Your application will be evaluated using our proprietary deal screening platform which harnesses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to analyse \>1,500,000 data points across 50 parameters and sub-parameters per company. This means we’ll be able to gain a deep understanding of your company before we move on to the next step.

If eligible, founders will be invited to schedule a call with our Investments Team who aim to understand your fundraising requirements in detail. Thereafter our team will share an NDA and deal engagement letter to kick off the engagement and due diligence process.
