I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You may reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot password' button. To proceed, enter the email address associated with your Alta account in the 'Forgot Password' form. If the account exists on the platform, a one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your email address.
